PRODUCT PRINCIPLE

Using the animal blood as the raw material,NPC produces the spray-dried blood plasma and blood cells through adopting advanced technologies like centrifugation and sterilized spray dried.

Blood Source
NPC derives its raw material–animal blood from the fixed large-scale slaughterhouses. The slaughter amount is generally more than 1000 pigs every day. The blood is obtained from healthy pigs inspected by the official sanitary inspection organization and collected in the stainless steel cooler tank by professional workers, then immediately dealt with low temperature and transported to the processing factory where disposes large capacity cooler tanks. The low temperature throughout collecting, transporting and processing guarantees the quality of blood.

Processing Technology
NPC's a dvanced technologies guarantee the reliability and high quality of the whole products. The advanced heating equipment provides steady dry heat source, which ensures slight temperature fluctuation and even heat distribution in the drying chamber. It has fully protected the activation of IgG. For its not being sticky to the wall of drying chamber in the course of spray dried, the quality of the product keeps stable. The unique concentrated sterilization system ensures processing rapidly and biological security.

Biological Activation
The activation of IgG is reduced with the passage of time for storage and transportation. The shorter storage and transportation time is, the smaller activation losses of the IgG are. From gathering blood to the finished product, NPC can deliver NP-2002 plasma to users within 10 days so as to ensure higher biological activation. For NP-90 blood cells, the volatile salt nitrogen≤25mg/100g, NPC has the leading skills at home.
